It was supposed to be a simple hike: a few hours in the spectacular Cirque de Mourèze for Chloé, Anna and their colleague Mathieu, with his devastating smile, and Rose, who is completely under the young man's spell and has invited herself along. But the outing suddenly turns into a nightmare when a stranger appears and holds the group at gunpoint. Dr Marianne Delcourt is quickly contacted. To save her daughters, she will have to commit the irreparable on one of her patients, without telling her family or the police. Meticulously premeditated, this hostage-taking will reveal the deepest feelings, aspirations, rivalries and resentments of the Delcourt clan and those around them.
